About Me

My hope for this page is simple: that you get a feel for who I am, how I show up as a therapist, and what it might be like to work together. Fit matters in therapy, and I want you to have enough of me here to know whether something in you says, yes, this feels right.

I’m a therapist born and raised in Northern California, now practicing in Lodi, CA. I feel most like myself when I’m close to the mountains, especially the quiet places where the WiFi drops and life slows down. That kind of grounded, spacious energy shapes the way I hold the therapy room too: present, steady, and human.

I’m also a mom, with kids in just about every stage of life right now. On most weekends, you can find me in the cheering section at one of their sports events. Parenting has stretched me, softened me, and taught me more about connection, repair, and resilience than any textbook ever could. I bring that lived experience into my work with parents, women, and families who are navigating their own seasons of change.

And if you’re an oldest daughter, you might feel something familiar here. I understand what it’s like to carry a lot, to step in, step up, and keep things moving. That role can shape how we love, how we cope, and how we show up in relationships. It’s a part of my story too, and I hold it with a lot of compassion.

In therapy, I’m involved. I don’t sit back and nod, I show up with you. I help untangle the places that feel knotted or overwhelming, and I offer perspective, tools, and clarity along the way. But I also deeply believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of what’s been hard, and support you in moving toward something steadier, clearer, and more connected.

If you’re here because something in your life feels heavy, complicated, or ready for a shift, I’m glad you found your way to this space. I’d love to connect and see whether we’re a good fit for the work you’re hoping to do.
