My approach
I believe therapy should feel like exhaling after holding your breath too long. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can soften, be real, and not worry about “doing it right.” Healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. It can be honest, curious, and even a little lighthearted.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and offered with compassion, mindfulness, and a conversational, human touch. I support teens, young adults, and adults working through anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and the deeper work of discovering who you are and where you’re headed- those messy, tender moments when life feels tangled and it’s hard to know where to begin
This isn’t therapy full of clinical jargon or rigid checklists. It’s collaborative, relational, and real. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just ready to reconnect with yourself, you're welcome here, whether quiet or bold, uncertain or motivated, messy or in motion. We'll move at your pace, and we’ll make room for your voice, your values, and the version of you that’s still evolving.
Who I work with
I work with individuals across a variety of life stages, including teens, emerging adults, and those who feel like they’re still figuring it all out (no matter their age). Whether it’s burnout from doing all the things, anxiety that won’t quiet down, or a sense of feeling stuck, I offer a space to be real—and to breathe.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who appear to have it together on the outside but often feel overwhelmed or lost inside. I’m especially drawn to working with
Teens and young adults navigating identity, self-esteem, and the pressure to "have it all figured out"
People pleasers learning how to set boundaries without guilt
Adults unpacking the emotional weight of their past
Overthinkers and self-doubters craving clarity and calm
Women, creatives, and caretakers who are ready to prioritize themselves
If you're in the thick of a transition—or just feeling a bit untethered—you don’t have to do it alone. However you show up, you’re welcome here.
In-person and remote options
My office is conveniently located in Lodi, in a cozy shared space with other clinicians. Can’t make it in person? Teletherapy is always an option—flexible, secure, and designed to meet you wherever you are.
